Our refund policy lasts 7 days since delivery.
If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your product based on the shipping track record (count from the time when the tracking shows delivered), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. Some fees are not eligible for refund:
1. Express Shipping Fee
The shipping fee is non-refundable. If you chose Express Shipping ($20) at the checkout, the $20 shipping fee could not be refunded.
2. Digital Product (including downloadable app, tutorial content, etc.)
A typical Double Location product includes a Physical Product + Digital Product.
Physical Product - The Double Location Device (Refundable)
Digital Product - Downloadable Double Location app, tutorial content and other digital content (Non-Refundable)
Once you have made the purchase, you will automatically get access to the digital product. The digital product fee, $80, is non-refundable. The digital product is the same for all the device models, and the $80 fee is applied in the same way no matter which model you bought.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal or original method of payment.
